Many of our platform beds are engineered utilizing the European slat system. This design offers firmer back support than a conventional box spring. The intended purpose is equal distribution of your body weight across the expanse of slats.

Our platform beds accomodate the use of an innerspring mattress, a futon mattress, the new Tempurpedic type memory foam mattress or Select Comfort type air mattress.

Some styles offer the option of using a box spring in addition to the mattress.
